Inspection Visits

When you are ready to go on a free inspection visit to we can arrange for you to view a selection of our large property portfolio and the surrounding area. It's important that you experience the lifestyle and culture of your dream location.

We carry out inspection visits in two ways.

Option 1 – We will arrange the visit for you
We will arrange the full visit for you including flights*, airport transfers, accommodation, meals and a dedicated consultant who will show you around on a one on one basis.

While abroad you will be staying at premium, four-star luxury hotels and can take advantage of our local hospitality and experience with no obligation.

* Flights from £30 per person and are subject to availability. We will refund up to £100 per person subject to the completion of your property purchase.

Option 2 – Make your own arrangement and we will meet you in Spain or Italy
Should you already be visiting Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus or Turkey, we can arrange for you to meet us at one of our offices, or pick you up from your hotel. You will have your own personal consultant who will show you around on a one on one basis, again with no obligation. We can arrange appointments to suit your schedule.
