Inspection Visits
Network Properties offer subsidised inspection visits to potential clients to various locations.

Network Properties offer £95 per person subsidised inspection visits to Italy. Flights are from Stansted to Lamezia, via Ryanair. Offer is subject to availability of flights (Network Properties will establish availability). The offer is limited to two people per Inspection Visit.

Network Properties offer £95 per person subsidised inspection visits to Turkey. Flights are from various UK & Ireland airports to Dalaman in Turkey. The Offer is subject to availability of flights (Network Properties will establish availability). The offer is limited to two people per Inspection Visit.

Network Properties offer £95 per person subsidised inspection visits to Spain and Portugal. Flights are from various UK & Ireland airports. The Offer is subject to availability of flights (Network Properties will establish availability). The offer is limited to two people per Inspection Visit. Should you purchase a property via Network Properties, we will refund the £95 per person.

Should customers not fully participate in the visit programme then they will be charged for the full cost of the flights by Network Properties (upon their return) and for the full cost of the hotel (at the time of check-out). They will also have to make their own way back to the airport on completion of the visit. Full participation entails going on all the viewing trips with the consultants.

Should any client cancel or not attend the inspection visit Network Properties will charge the full cost of the flights (this cost is available at time of booking). If a client requires to change the dates of their trip then airline charges will apply at the clients’ expense. Flight costs vary on each booking, and are not at a standard rate.

Should a client have to re-book after a cancellation and upon the client paying the flight costs in full, Network Properties (at there discretion) will offer a free inspection visit.

The offer is non-negotiable.

Personal data

Giving us details
You can use the Network Properties website without submitting your details but to get the most from the products and services available we may ask for personal information about which we will endeavour to keep secure. The details you give us are confidentially incorporated into our files. These files fulfil a series of aims, such as the personalised service we can offer you, keeping you informed of new promotions, and new services. Under no circumstances will this information be divulged or sold to other companies.
