Inspection Visits

When you are ready to go on an inspection visit to Calabria, we can arrange for you to view a selection of our large property portfolio and the surrounding area. It's important that you experience the lifestyle and culture of your dream location.

We carry out inspection visits in two ways.

Option 1 – We will arrange the visit for you
We will arrange the full visit for you including flights*, airport transfers, accommodation* and a consultant to show you around.

While abroad you will be staying at a premium luxury hotels and can take advantage of our local hospitality and experience with no obligation.

* Flights from £60 per person and are subject to availability. Hotel costs from £35 per person per night. We will refund up to £150 per person subject to the completion of your property purchase, to a maximum of two people.

Option 2 – Make your own arrangement and we will meet you in Calabria
Should you already be visiting Calabria, we can arrange for you to meet us at one of our offices, or pick you up from your hotel. Your consultant who will show you around, again with no obligation. We can arrange appointments to suit your schedule.
